Created by the original “Bad Man of Yoga”, non-conformist Larry Schultz, Rocket Yoga gets you into challenging and fun poses (including arm and hand balances) faster than traditional Ashtanga. It’s like regular yoga in a Stetson 🤠 and spurs -  or in a feather boa and high heels 👠 It’s cool, edgy and effective.
